Although it claims that there is something in your shopping cart, you find that there is nothing.

What's more, the following did not work:
- Clear your browser's cache (temporary internet files)
- Clear all cookies
- Add http://*.godaddy.com and https://*.godaddy.com to your browser's list of "trusted sites"
- Set your browser security settings to "Low" or "Medium-Low."
- Make sure you are using the most updated version of your browser(s)
- Restart your browser
- Login to GoDaddy with your username/password before searching for or adding a domain to your cart
The solution is to look at the area on top of the browser for the web address.
Anytime it reads http://www.godaddy.com
Add an extra s so that it looks like https://www.godaddy.com
Then press enter.
You should be able to continue with your purchase after that.
